Meditative Hike & Community Social

  • Gather as a group before heading to the trail, where Liz will lead you on a leisurely 3-5 mile hike, suitable for all. Along the journey, there will be opportunities to pause for meditation and immerse yourself in nature, including a break for lunch halfway though.
