Then, ease into stillness as Maria leads you through a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, a powerful practice that promotes deep rest, nervous system reset, and inner clarity. To enhance the experience, sound healing will be woven throughout, allowing you to fully release and recharge on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.T his workshop is ideal for anyone seeking relief, renewal, and a deeper connection to their well-being.
