Meet Your Lead Trainers

Liz W.

  • Hi, I’m Liz Wilson - a yoga teacher, studio director, and lover of movement, music, and community. I’m beyond excited to be leading our Spring 2026 Yoga Teacher Training and to share the practice that has shaped so much of who I am today.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years now, and this practice has truly become my life’s work. I’ve completed three different 200hr / 300hr yoga teacher trainings along with multiple fitness certifications, and each one has deepened my connection to both the physical and spiritual sides of movement.

My yoga journey began after I had my son in 2013. What started as a way to get back into shape quickly turned into something much more meaningful. I came to yoga looking to lose weight, but what I found was strength that went far beyond the physical - mental clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of purpose that continues to guide me every day. Coming from a background in competitive sports and fitness, I was used to measuring success by performance. Yoga shifted that perspective - it taught me how to honor my body, meet myself where I am, and find freedom in imperfection. That lesson changed everything for me, and it’s one of the reasons I love helping others discover their own transformation through this practice.

I believe deeply in empowerment and community - coming together to lift one another up, support growth, and create space for self-discovery. Music is a huge part of how I teach; it connects energy, emotion, and movement in a way that turns each flow into a dance of breath and expression.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me spending time with my 12-year-old son (my world), paddle boarding, taking my dogs to the park, or catching live music whenever I can!

Trisha K.

  • My name is Trisha, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher who believes yoga is a journey of expansion—of the heart, the mind, and our personal potential.

I felt a deep curiosity calling me to Yoga Teacher Training a few years ago, and that decision forever changed my life for the better. What began as a desire to simply learn more about the practice—with no intention of teaching—quickly became my true purpose. I feel endlessly grateful that I get to do this work I affectionately call my “love job.” Finding my voice as a teacher has been one of the most rewarding and liberating experiences of my life, and I am continually inspired by the beautiful souls who show up ready to heal, grow, and explore the many layers of yoga.

My teaching style is friendly, uplifting, and rooted in community. In our trainings, you can expect a warm and supportive environment where you’ll be challenged in the best way: to shine brighter, trust yourself deeper, and grow stronger as both a yogi and a teacher. I love offering relaxing sound baths, breaking down playful arm balances, giving thoughtful hands-on assists, and exploring yoga in incredible places around the world as a reminder that this practice is truly universal.

Sharing the magic of yoga is my soul’s work, and I am so excited to be by your side as you take a brave and beautiful leap into the 2026 Yoga Teacher Training!
