Yoga
Flow & Foundations
Breath-led movement, mindful sequencing, and supportive classes for both new and experienced students.
Strength + Flow
Power Vinyasa
A stronger, energizing flow that builds heat, strength, and focus.
How You’ll Feel
Strong · Accomplished · Energized · Clear-headed
What It Targets
Stress resilience · Strength & cardio fitness · Mental focus · Nervous system activation
Class Description
Power Vinyasa is movement that challenges you — and that's exactly the point. When you push your body through a demanding, breath-linked practice, you're not just building strength. You're training your nervous system to respond to stress and recover from it. That's resilience, built one class at a time.
What You’ll Do
Flow through energizing sequences that link breath to movement, building strength and stamina with every transition. Expect challenging postures, arm balances, and a pace that keeps you focused and in the zone. Modifications are always available so you can meet the class where you are.
Flow + Mindful Movement
Dynamic Flow
Breath-led movement that builds strength, flexibility, and a steady mind.
How You’ll Feel
Centered · Grounded · Refreshed · Capable
What It Targets
Functional strength · Flexibility · Stress relief · Nervous system balance · Consistent practice
Class Description
Dynamic Flow is the foundation of a sustainable practice — and a regulated nervous system. Moving with your breath, this class builds real strength and flexibility while giving your mind a genuine reset. It's the class you come back to again and again because it works. For your body, your mind, and your week.
What You’ll Do
Flow through postures that build on each other, connecting movement to breath in a steady, energizing sequence. Work on alignment, build functional strength, and develop flexibility you'll feel in everyday life. A strong, grounding class suitable for all experience levels.
Gentle Flow
Slow Flow
A slower-paced flow that creates space, ease, and nervous system support.
How You’ll Feel
Restored · Mobile · Calm · Unhurried
What It Targets
Mobility & flexibility · Stress relief · Nervous system reset · Joint health · Body awareness
Class Description
Slow Flow is where your body gets the care it rarely makes time for. Longer holds and mindful transitions give your muscles and joints time to open, release tension, and move better. This is movement that restores — not just physically, but neurologically. Your nervous system responds to slower, intentional movement by shifting out of overdrive and into genuine recovery.
What You’ll Do
Hold postures longer than a typical flow class to build stability and deepen your range of motion. Each sequence targets mobility in key areas — hips, shoulders, spine. Breath stays central throughout, helping your nervous system settle and your body respond.
Beginner-Friendly
Strong Foundations: Yoga for Beginners
A welcoming class designed to help new students feel confident and supported.
How You’ll Feel
Capable · Confident · Connected · Ready
What It Targets
Foundational skills · Body awareness · Breath-movement connection · Safe strong start
Class Description
Strong Foundations gives you the building blocks that make every other class better — and a first real experience of what it feels like when your breath and body work together. This is movement that builds: not just strength and skill, but the body awareness that underpins everything we do here. No experience needed. Curiosity is the only requirement.
What You’ll Do
Start with breathwork to connect movement and awareness. Build through foundational postures with hands-on alignment guidance. Learn key transitions that show up in every yoga class. Practice in a small, supportive environment where questions are welcome and your pace is respected.
Strength + Conditioning
Pilates & Strength
Core-focused, strength-driven classes designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more energized.
Yoga + Pilates
Piloga
Pilates precision meets yoga flow — strength and mobility in one class.
How You’ll Feel
Strong · Open · Grounded · Balanced
What It Targets
Core strength · Flexibility · Stability · Mind-body connection · Nervous system balance
Class Description
Piloga is movement that builds — core strength, mobility, and the mind-body connection that makes both more effective. By weaving Pilates precision with yoga's breath and flow, this class gives you something neither practice does alone: a complete, balanced experience that leaves you feeling stronger and more open at the same time.
What You’ll Do
Expect Pilates-style core work, stability training, yoga postures, and flowing transitions. The pace keeps you moving and engaged without feeling rushed. Modifications are always available, making this class approachable for all levels while still offering a satisfying challenge.
Core + Stability
Mat Pilates
A mat-based practice focused on core strength, control, and alignment.
How You’ll Feel
Strong · Aligned · In control · Supported
What It Targets
Core strength · Posture · Functional mobility · Muscular endurance · Nervous system stability
Class Description
Pilates builds the kind of strength that holds your body together — and a stable body supports a regulated nervous system. Focused on core stability, posture, and controlled movement, this class develops the physical foundation that supports everything else you do, in the studio and in life. This is movement that builds from the inside out.
What You’ll Do
Work through precise, controlled movements that target your core, improve your posture, and build full-body stability. Mat work is combined with resistance tools to challenge your muscles in new ways. Every rep has a purpose.
Pilates + Intensity
Power Pilates
Pilates precision turned up — serious strength and conditioning work.
How You’ll Feel
Powerful · Accomplished · Ready · Fired up
What It Targets
Core strength · Full-body conditioning · Muscular endurance · Stress resilience · Functional strength
Class Description
Power Pilates is movement that challenges you — taking the precision of traditional Pilates and adding the intensity that builds real conditioning. When you work this hard with this much control, you're training both your body and your nervous system to handle demand and recover from it. Show up ready to work.
What You’ll Do
Move through dynamic Pilates sequences at a pace that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. Expect core-focused circuits, strength intervals, and full-body movements that challenge your stability and endurance. Modifications are always available — the intensity is yours to control.
Full Body Workout
Total Body Fitness
Full-body functional training designed for the life you actually live.
How You’ll Feel
Capable · Strong · Ready for anything · Resilient
What It Targets
Full-body strength · Functional movement · Mobility · Stress resilience · Endurance
Class Description
Total Body Fitness trains you for real life — not just the studio. Combining functional strength work with mobility training, this is movement that challenges your body to perform under demand and recover well. The kind of strength you build here is the kind that holds up over time, protects your joints, and makes everything else easier.
What You’ll Do
Isolate and strengthen major muscle groups through purposeful, functional movements. Pair strength sets with mobility work to improve your range of motion and reduce stiffness. Leave with more strength and more range — every time you show up.
Strength + Cardio
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga-inspired movement with strength work — a full-body challenge.
How You’ll Feel
Sculpted · Strong · Accomplished · Energized
What It Targets
Muscular strength · Cardiovascular fitness · Flexibility · Stress resilience · Body awareness
Class Description
Yoga Sculpt takes the breath-awareness and alignment focus of yoga and adds real intensity. This is movement that challenges — combining flowing sequences with strength work to build lean muscle and cardiovascular endurance while keeping your mind engaged throughout. Harder than it sounds. Worth every rep.
What You’ll Do
Flow through yoga sequences integrated with weighted strength exercises targeting arms, legs, and core. Expect a full-body burn in a yoga framework — balancing poses become strength holds, and transitions become endurance challenges.
Aerial
Aerial Classes
Creative, supportive movement using the hammock to build strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness.
Aerial + Flow
Aerial Stretch & Flow
Slow Flow — lifted off the mat. Deeper release, gentle traction, full support.
How You’ll Feel
Restored · Mobile · Deeply released · Weightless
What It Targets
Flexibility & joint mobility · Spinal decompression · Stress relief · Nervous system reset · Mindful movement
Class Description
Think of Aerial Stretch & Flow as Slow Flow with added dimension. The hammock supports your body through the same breath-paced, mobility-focused movement — while gentle traction from the silk deepens every stretch and helps your spine decompress in ways gravity alone can't achieve. This is movement that restores: for your body, your joints, and your nervous system.
What You’ll Do
Move through slow, intentional sequences with the hammock as your support. Hold aerial stretches longer to target the hips, shoulders, and spine — with the added benefit of gentle traction. Breath guides every transition. Inversions are optional and always accessible.
Aerial + Strength
Low Aerial
Strength training with a hammock — upper body and core work that actually works.
How You’ll Feel
Strong · Capable · Accomplished · Surprised
What It Targets
Upper body strength · Core stability · Functional pulling & pressing · Stress resilience · Accessible aerial entry
Class Description
Low Aerial is movement that challenges — strength training with a hammock that targets your upper body and core in ways no other class can replicate. The hammock hangs close to the ground, putting the focus entirely on building real pulling and pressing strength. No heights, no experience required. Just show up ready to work.
What You’ll Do
Use the low-hung hammock to work through pulling and pressing movements that challenge your arms, shoulders, back, and core. Sequences are progressive — you'll build real strength and aerial skill at the same time. A perfect complement to your yoga or Pilates practice.
Recovery + Rest
Flexibility & Rest
Slower-paced classes designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with rest.
Yin + Recovery
Stretch & Restore: Yin Yoga for Deep Release
A grounding class focused on deep release, recovery, and nervous system support.
How You’ll Feel
Released · Mobile · Deeply rested · Held
What It Targets
Connective tissue health · Joint mobility · Stress release · Nervous system reset · Parasympathetic activation
Class Description
Yin Yoga gives your connective tissue the attention it rarely gets — and your nervous system the rest it's been asking for. Longer holds target deep fascia, ligaments, and joints while shifting your body into genuine parasympathetic recovery. This is movement that restores at a level active classes simply can't reach. Come in tight. Leave open.
What You’ll Do
Settle into passive shapes held for 3–5 minutes, letting gravity and breath do the work. Focus moves to the hips, lower back, and shoulders — the areas most affected by daily stress and sitting. Conclude with a generous Savasana to integrate. The candlelight version adds an evening ritual to the experience.
Stillness + Deep Rest
Yoga Nidra Meditation with Sound Bowls
Guided rest that takes your nervous system somewhere ordinary sleep can't.
How You’ll Feel
Deeply restored · Recharged · Peaceful · Reset
What It Targets
Deep rest & recovery · Improved sleep · Stress relief · Nervous system reset · Parasympathetic activation
Class Description
Your body repairs itself in deep rest — and Yoga Nidra teaches it how to get there. This guided practice brings you to the threshold of sleep while staying aware, triggering a profound nervous system recovery response that research suggests can feel like hours of rest in a single session. This is movement that restores at its deepest. Your nervous system will feel the difference.
What You’ll Do
Lie comfortably and follow a guided body scan, breath awareness, and visualization that brings your nervous system into genuine recovery. Stay awake but completely still as tension releases layer by layer. Sound bowl accompaniment deepens the experience. End feeling genuinely refreshed — not just relaxed.
Movement + Fun
Dance & Cardio
Uplifting movement classes that help you sweat, move, and enjoy the energy of the room.
Dance + Energy
Zumba Beats
High-energy dance cardio that lets you move, sweat, and actually enjoy it.
How You’ll Feel
Uplifted · Energized · Free · Connected · Joyful
What It Targets
Joy & stress release · Cardiovascular fitness · Social connection · Nervous system regulation through movement & music
Class Description
There's real science behind why this class feels so good. Rhythmic movement synchronized with music, genuine laughter, and shared energy with people around you — these are documented nervous system regulators. Joy is not a bonus. It's the whole point. Zumba Beats is movement that releases: tension, self-consciousness, and the weight of whatever you walked in carrying. No experience necessary. Just show up.
What You’ll Do
Move through high-energy cardio and strength intervals set to rhythmic, upbeat music. Full-body movements energize while the format keeps you engaged and in the room — not in your head. Every level welcome. No experience necessary.
