Strong · Accomplished · Energized
What It Targets
Build strength & resilience · Cardio fitness · Mental focus · Endurance
Class Description
Power Vinyasa is your go-to class when you want to move with intention and feel it. This stronger, faster-paced practice links breath to movement to build real strength — from your core out — while sharpening your mental focus. Show up, put in the work, and feel the difference.
What You’ll Do
Flow through energizing sequences that match breath to movement, building strength and stamina with every transition. Expect challenging postures, arm balances, and a pace that keeps you focused and in the zone. Modifications are always available so you can meet the class where you are.
Flow + Mindful Movement
Dynamic Flow
Breath-led movement that builds strength, flexibility, and focus.
How You’ll Feel
Centered · Grounded · Refreshed
What It Targets
Strength · Flexibility · Stress relief · Steady, consistent practice
Class Description
Dynamic Flow is the foundation of a sustainable practice. Moving with your breath, this class builds strength and flexibility while giving your mind a chance to reset. It's the kind of practice you come back to again and again because it simply works — for your body and your week.
What You’ll Do
Flow through postures that build on each other, connecting movement to breath in a steady, energizing sequence. Work on alignment, build functional strength, and develop flexibility you'll feel in everyday life. A strong, grounding class suitable for all experience levels.
Gentle Flow
Slow Flow
A slower-paced flow designed to create space, ease, and mindful movement.
How You’ll Feel
Restored · Mobile · Calm
What It Targets
Mobility & flexibility · Stress relief · Body awareness · Long-term joint health
Class Description
Slow Flow is where your body gets the care it deserves. Longer holds and mindful transitions give your muscles and joints time to open up, release tension, and move better. Whether you're recovering from a busy week or building a foundation for strength, this class supports your body for the long haul.
What You’ll Do
Hold postures longer than a typical flow class to build stability and deepen your range of motion. Each sequence targets mobility in key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine. Breath stays central throughout — helping your nervous system relax and your body respond.

What You’ll Do
Start with breath work to connect movement and awareness. Build through foundational postures with hands-on alignment guidance. Learn key transitions that show up in every yoga class. Practice in a small, supportive environment where questions are welcome and your pace is respected.

Show up ready to work.

Full Body Workout
Total Body Fitness
A full-body class designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness.
How You’ll Feel
Capable · Strong · Ready for anything

Full-body strength · Functional movement · Mobility · Endurance

Total Body Fitness trains you for the life you actually live. Combining functional strength work with mobility training, this class builds the kind of body that moves well, feels good, and holds up over time. Work hard, feel the difference.
What You’ll Do
Isolate and strengthen major muscle groups through purposeful, functional movements. Pair strength sets with mobility work to improve your range of motion and reduce stiffness. Leave with more strength and more range — every time you show up.
Strength + Cardio
Yoga Sculpt
A high-energy class that blends yoga-inspired movement with strength work.
How You’ll Feel
Sculpted · Strong · Accomplished
What It Targets
Muscular strength · Tone · Cardiovascular fitness · Flexibility
Class Description
Yoga Sculpt takes your yoga practice and turns up the intensity. Combining flowing sequences with strength-focused moves using light weights, this class builds lean muscle and cardiovascular endurance while maintaining the breath-awareness and alignment focus of yoga. Harder than it sounds. Worth every rep.
What You’ll Do
Flow through yoga sequences integrated with weighted strength exercises targeting arms, legs, and core. Expect a full-body burn in a yoga framework — balancing poses become strength holds, and transitions become endurance challenges.
Aerial
Aerial Classes
Creative, supportive movement using the hammock to build strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness.
Aerial + Flow
Aerial Stretch & Flow
A supportive aerial class focused on lengthening, mobility, and flowing movement.
How You’ll Feel
Restored · Mobile · Deeply Released
What It Targets
Flexibility & joint mobility · Spinal decompression · Stress relief · Long-term body care · Mindful movement
Class Description
Think of this as Slow Flow — lifted off the mat. The hammock supports your body through the same breath-paced, mobility-focused movement you'd find in Slow Flow, while the aerial support adds gentle traction that deepens every stretch. Hips open more. The spine decompresses. Shoulders release. It's the same mindful approach you trust, in a format that takes it further.
What You’ll Do
Move through slow, intentional sequences with the hammock as your support. Hold aerial stretches longer to target the hips, shoulders, and spine — with the added benefit of gentle traction from the silk. Breath guides every transition. Inversions are optional and always accessible. Kids and adult sections are offered separately.
Aerial + Strength
Low Aerial
A lower hammock-based practice that supports strength, stability, and exploration.
How You’ll Feel
Strong · Capable · Accomplished
What It Targets
Upper body strength · Core stability · Functional pulling/pressing · Accessible aerial entry point
Class Description
Low Aerial is strength training with a hammock — and it works. The hammock hangs close to the ground, putting the focus entirely on building upper body and core strength through pulling, pressing, and stabilization movements you won't find in any other class. No heights, no experience required. Just show up ready to work.
What You’ll Do
Use the low-hung hammock to work through pulling and pressing movements that challenge your arms, shoulders, back, and core in new ways. Sequences are progressive — you'll build real strength and aerial skill at the same time. Perfect as a standalone strength class or a complement to your yoga practice.
Recovery + Rest
Restore & Rest
Slower-paced classes designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with rest.
Yin + Recovery
Stretch & Restore: Yin Yoga for Deep Release
A grounding class focused on deep release, recovery, and nervous system support.
How You’ll Feel
Released · Mobile · Deeply rested
What It Targets
Connective tissue health · Joint mobility · Stress release · Nervous system reset
Class Description
Yin Yoga gives your connective tissue the attention it rarely gets. Longer holds target the deep fascia, ligaments, and joints — especially hips, lower back, and shoulders — improving mobility in ways that active classes simply can't reach. Come in tight, leave open. The candlelight version adds an evening ritual to the experience.
What You’ll Do
Settle into passive shapes held for 3–5 minutes, letting gravity and breath do the work. Focus moves to the hips, lower back, and shoulders — the areas most affected by sitting and daily stress. Conclude with a generous Savasana to integrate.
Stillness + Deep Rest
Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra / Deep Rest with Sound Bowls
A restful practice designed to help you slow down, reset, and deeply unwind.
How You’ll Feel
Deeply restored · Recharged · Peaceful
What It Targets
Deep rest & recovery · Improved sleep · Stress relief · Nervous system reset
Class Description
Your body repairs itself when it rests — and Yoga Nidra teaches it how to go deeper than ordinary sleep. This guided practice brings you to the edge of sleep while staying aware, triggering a profound recovery response. One session is said to feel like hours of rest. Your nervous system will thank you.
What You’ll Do
Lie comfortably and follow a guided body scan, breath awareness, and visualization to bring your body into deep rest. Stay awake but completely still as tension releases layer by layer. Sound bowl accompaniment (in certain sessions) deepens the experience. End feeling genuinely refreshed.

Dance & Cardio
