    Slow Flow is a gentle and meditative yoga class that emphasizes slow, mindful movements and longer holds in each posture. Slow Flow is suitable for all levels and helps reduce stress, increase mobility, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

    Yin Restore is a gentle and restorative yoga class that focuses on long-held passive poses and deep stretching. It targets the connective tissues, joints, and deep layers of fascia in the body. Yin Restore promotes relaxation, flexibility, and a sense of surrender, allowing for deep release and restoration of both the body and mind.

    Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a hammock suspended from the ceiling.     The Kids Aerial Playtime class is a dynamic and engaging exploration of aerial yoga designed specifically for children. Through playful activities and guided instruction, kids will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while having a blast in the air. Each session includes interactive games, creative movement exercises, and skill-building challenges tailored to their age group.

    Barre Fusion is a dynamic class that combines traditional barre exercises with elements of cardio and strength training.
