Arthritis

Joint pain and stiffness, often worsened by movement or weather changes.

  • Classes: Slow Flow, Yin Restore, Restorative Yoga

    Frequency: 2-3 times per week

    Cadence: Spread classes throughout the week for consistent relief.

Sleep Issues

Difficulty falling or staying asleep, leading to fatigue and daytime drowsiness.

  • Classes: Meditation, Slow Flow & Flow, Yin Restore

    Frequency: 2-3 times per week

    Cadence: Prioritize evening classes to promote relaxation before bedtime.

Anxiety & Stress

Persistent feelings of worry, tension, or unease, impacting daily functioning.

  • Classes: Meditation, Yin Restore, Slow Flow & Flow

    Frequency: 3-4 times per week

    Cadence: Mix classes throughout the week for stress management.

 

Chronic Pain Management

Constant or recurring pain that persists for weeks, months, or years.

  • Classes: Yin Restore, Slow Flow & Flow, Total Body

    Frequency: 3-4 times per week

    Cadence: Consistent practice with a variety of classes for holistic pain relief.

Digestive Issues

Discomfort or pain in the stomach or intestines, often accompanied by bloating, gas, or irregular bowel movements.

  • Classes: Yin Restore, Slow Flow, Flow & Power Flow

    Frequency: 2-3 times per week

    Cadence: Preferably after meals to aid digestion.

Stiffness & Inflexibility

Limited range of motion and stiffness in muscles and joints, affecting mobility.

  • Classes: Power Flow, Slow Flow & Flow, Total Body

    Frequency: 3-4 times per week

    Cadence: Regular practice to gradually increase flexibility.

 

Fatigue & Weakness

Persistent tiredness and lack of energy, making it difficult to perform daily tasks.

  • Classes: Total Body, Pilates, Barre Fusion

    Frequency: 3-4 times per week

    Cadence: Alternate between strength-building and restorative classes.

Menstrual Pain

Abdominal or pelvic discomfort experienced during menstruation, ranging from mild cramps to severe pain.

  • Classes: Yin Restore, Slow Flow & Flow

    Frequency: 2-3 times per week

    Cadence: Prioritize restorative practices during menstruation.

Back Pain

Discomfort or stiffness in the upper, middle, or lower back, often caused by strain, injury, or poor posture.

  • Classes: Yin Restore, Slow Flow, Total Body

    Frequency: 3-4 times per week

    Cadence: Maintain a consistent practice focusing on core strength and flexibility.
