People come to Westpark for many reasons — stress relief, strength, better health, recovery, or simply time for themselves. Take a moment with these prompts. There are no wrong answers.
Look for signs in daily life — how you feel in your body, your energy, your mood.
Small, repeatable actions matter more than big plans. Showing up a few times a week and repeating what feels good is more than enough.
Pay attention to how your body and energy respond. What feels supportive? What feels like too much? Adjusting is part of the process — not a setback.
