No. We have beginner-friendly classes and supportive instructors who can help you get started.
When does it start?
Your intro period begins when the offer is activated in your account.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We can help with anything else.
When do I book the private lesson?
After purchasing the $99 option, we’ll help you schedule your private lesson at a time that works for you.
