About Eve

Hello, my name is Eve. I first found the yoga practice in 2015 after giving birth to my 3rd daughter. Through the practice of yoga, I learned various way to self-regulate. I learned the importance of taking a moment to pause and to be an observer of the moment. I discovered the power and the strength of my breath. I took a Yoga Teacher's Training in 2017 with the intention to deepen my personal practice and I have been teaching since then. For me, yoga is a balance of strength and flexibility. Of exertion and release. My teaching style is influenced by various movements, i deeply encourage students to move with freedom and surrender. When I am not practicing or teaching, I am a medical writer by profession and a devoted wife and mommy to three beautiful girls.

What inspired you to start teaching?

I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition and suffered from PTSD. I never wanted to do yoga but was encouraged by a friend who opened her own studio. As I sat there in the dark, in a yin class, I cried all of the tears that my eyes had previously refused to shed. My memories and flashback healed quickly class after class and my body for the first time was feeling a little better. The transformation of this practice was life changing and I found a love and understanding for myself I’d never had.

WHich styles do you specialize in teaching?

Restorative, Trauma Focused Yin, Faith Based Yin, Vinyasa

What do you enjoy most about teaching?

The incredible people that do it with me! The incredible transformation of each class. I love creating new paths to light and the heart in a sequence.

I think people can expect me to bring 100 percent of who I am to every sequence I create. That each message has changed my life before I carry it. I like to show students where to look, and to feel with them with what they see and what they find.

What inspired you to start teaching?

I am always been involved in sports and fitness. When I found Pilates and Yoga it was a challenge I never experienced before. Not only are the physical but they are mental too. After my first class I was hooked and had my eye on teaching soon as I had mastered the classes myself. I love challenging myself and I wanted to help students push themselves with new interesting classes.

What do you specialize in teaching?

My wheelhouse is high intensity, high energy Pilates and Fitness style classes.

What do you enjoy most about teaching?

I think the best thing about teaching is watching my students grow over the course of time. I love feeling the energy shift when the yoga doors close. The day to day stressors leave and everyone is on the mats ready to work.

What can students expect from your classes?

My students can expect challenging and fun classes.

Hobbies or interest outside of teaching?

Outside of teaching I can be found on hiking trails, biking or making soaps creations.

I had always been into sports and fitness but Yoga sparked something different! The practice changed my life in many ways and sparked a passion I didn't know was there. As much as the students in my class come to learn from me I learn from them everyday and that is something that inspires me to continue to show up.

Aerial Yoga • Kids Aerial

About Mary

Hi, I’m Mary — your Aerial Stretch & Flow instructor. I came to yoga in 2016, not looking for anything spiritual — just trying to deal with constant headaches. A doctor told me I needed more movement in my life, so I decided to try yoga and committed to practicing every day for 30 days. What happened during that month changed everything. My headaches became rare, my body felt stronger and more open, and I noticed a calmness I hadn’t felt in years. I kept going — and a year later, I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training. Then I discovered aerial yoga — and it was love at first flight. I still remember the feeling of lightness in my spine after that first class. The hammock gave me a new perspective, literally and emotionally. I love that aerial yoga can gently support beginners in learning new poses or challenge advanced students to go deeper. For me, it also had an unexpected benefit — it helped me overcome motion sickness in the car. In my classes, I focus on helping you feel good in your body — open, free, and supported. I blend gentle stretch, mindful movement, and playful inversions so you leave class feeling lighter in every way. No matter your experience level, I’ll meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your body with kindness and joy. I can’t wait to share the magic of the hammock with you!
