Lynnea W.
What inspired you to teach?
As my yoga practice deepened, it became a source of grounding, healing, and profound personal connection. This inner transformation inspired me to share the practice with others, so they too could experience the clarity, strength, and self-discovery that yoga has brought into my life.
What styles of classes do you specialize in teaching?
Power and Vinyasa, but I enjoy all styles of yoga
What do you enjoy most about teaching?
What I enjoy most about teaching is feeling the collective energy of the room and holding a supportive, intentional space where students can turn inward and connect with themselves. I love witnessing the shift that happens by the end of class; a sense of calm, ease, and contentment that comes from a strong, grounded practice.
What can students expect from your classes?
Students can expect a supportive and grounded space where they feel safe to explore, challenge themselves, and trust the wisdom of their own mind-body connection. My classes are designed to encourage self-awareness, inner strength, and the freedom to fully drop into their own experience.
Do you have any personal hobbies or interests outside of teaching?
Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family; especially coaching my daughter's soccer team and hosting gatherings that bring people together. I also enjoy reading, journaling, meditating, and connecting with friends, and I have a deep love for travel and adventure whenever life allows.
